These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your relationship with us when you book or purchase any of our photography services. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to the terms listed below.

Booking & Payment

All photography sessions must be booked in advance. We may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to confirm your session. This will be communicated clearly during the booking process. Payments can usually be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method we offer. If the full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your session or delay image delivery. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the deposit and sent a written confirmation (email or message).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least (407) 235-5281 in advance.

  • Client Cancellations: If you cancel without sufficient notice, your deposit may be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule when possible, based on availability.
  • Weather Issues: For outdoor sessions, we may suggest rescheduling in case of poor weather.
  • Photographer Cancellations: If we have to cancel for any reason (illness, emergency, etc.), we will notify you promptly and offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.

Image Delivery & Editing

Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link within 1–3 weeks of the session, unless otherwise agreed. Our editing style is consistent with the work shown in our portfolio and includes color correction, light retouching, and basic enhancements. Requests for extensive retouching (e.g., removing people, objects, body modifications) may incur additional fees and must be discussed in advance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you agree to the new terms.
